Newsletter - October 2009

Our October 3, 2009 meeting was a nice turnout for a foggy autumn evening. As always, food and refreshments were served with a few additional treats provided by the members. An open forum discussion group was held after the general meeting and announcements.

Our Holiday Dinner Holiday is scheduled for December 5, 2009 from 8:00 - 10:30 PM at The Nevermore in New Hope, Pennsylvania. The cost, which includes taxes and gratuities, will be $32 per person and will include salad or soup and a choice of three entrees.

Important Holiday Dinner Note: Please let us know by the November meeting if you are planning to attend the Holiday Dinner. We must have a head count and payment by November 7, 2009 to make the reservation. If you are planning to attend the Holiday Dinner, but can not attend the November meeting, please print and fill out the following reservation form and mail it with your payment to the address below:

Our regular pre meeting social Party is scheduled at The Raven in New Hope, Pennsylvania on Saturday November 7. No reservations are required. Soda and drinks are available at the bar. You may arrive at any time, however 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM is ideal to get a parking place and enjoy a few hours before departing to the meeting about 20 minutes away. If you are planning to have lunch at the Raven, please arrive before 3:00 PM as the kitchen is now closed between lunch and dinner.

Our next scheduled meeting is Saturday November 7, 2009. This meeting will be held at the Church in their upstairs facilities. Please enter at the main front door of the Church rather than the side door. This will be primarily a social meeting with no formal program or speaker scheduled. An open forum discussion group will also be held for members interested in a focused round table venue.
