PHYLLABUSTER; Must read on law as to TG folks moving from state to state

AOL requires that I tell you that if you want off of my list,
simply send a request to me at prfrye@aol.com

The following may not be out on westlaw for a week of so and may not be in the law libraries for a month or so.

But whether you are a lawyer or a layperson, if you are interested in TG legal rights, the following are must xerox and read articles.

(NOTE to non-lawyers: Most counties or parishes have a county law library as do all law schools.  Simply go to the librarian and give the following title and citation and ask to find it or have it obtained for you.  Copy and STUDY.).

1. Greenberg, Julie, and Herald, Marybeth; "You Can't Take It With You: Constitutional Consequences of Interstate Gender-Identity Rulings," 80 WASH. L. REV. 819 (No. 4, Nov 2005)

This has a lot of strategic information about applying the Full Faith and Credit clause of the federal constitution.

2. Herald, Marybeth; "Transgender Theory: Reprogramming Our Automated Settings," 28 THOMAS JEFFERSON L. REV. 167 (2005).

This is a short and up to date synopsis of TG law.
